1. What am I buying with my crypto currency?

You are buying STO Tokens which can be used to purchase registered Property Certificates representing shares in London prime property.

2. How am I buying it?

Through the purchase of STO Tokens, you are pre-paying for London prime real estate.

3. How much London property exactly is my crypto currency buying?

The value of your STO tokens will be locked in at the time of receipt of your crypto currency transaction in equivalent English Pounds (GBP) at the then-prevailing exchange rate. For example, if your STO purchase amount in Bitcoin (BTC) is worth £50,000 GBP (~$70,000 USD) at time of receipt, you can purchase the exact amount (less applicable fees) of London property denominated in English Pounds (GBP) when the London exchange opens for business following the successful conclusion of the STO.

4. How can I buy and sell my London Property?

The TPX exchange will allow you to purchase or sell your property on a public, fully transparent and regulated trading platform operating in London, England under the jurisdiction of English Law and regulatory authorities.

5. What do I receive exclusively for participating in this STO?

You will have the first exclusive use of the platform to purchase TPX Property Certificates, also known as pocket deeds, for a period not to exceed 60 calendar days after the official opening day of the exchange.

6. Is your Property Certificate just like a crypto currency, anonymous and instantly transferable?

Yes, your purchased Property Certificates (pocket deeds) are non-nominative. They have the same qualities as crypto currencies meaning that whoever possesses the cryptographic keys is the titular owner of the Property Certificates. These pocket deeds are transferred in the same manner as crypto currencies. It is anticipated that most trades will take place on the TPX exchanges, but no third party is necessary to transfer ownership of the pocket deed.

7. Are Transfers of STO Tokens permitted?

Transfers of STO Tokens to third parties are possible with a nominal transfer fee. All previous constraints and values on STO Tokens (including smart contract attributes) will not be changed or modified with a third-party transfer and remain in full effect.

8. Which London prime properties do I purchase?

You will make the decision on which London prime real estate to purchase from a selection of properties that have been cryptonised through the creation of Property Certificates specific to a particular property. TPX does not give financial advice on which properties to purchase. Please consult first with a licensed and competent property advisor along with appropriate investment, legal, accounting, regulatory and tax advisors prior to making any purchases.

9. What property market analysis tools are available from TPX

TPX will supply publicly available historical information concerning cryptonised properties to aid you in your selection of properties for purchase. This information will include the historical gains and losses of the London property market when available.

10. What are the TPX fees?

Fees for TPX usage are based on transactions, and no management fees are charged (certain fees including subscription, membership and trading fees may apply to professional traders). TPX transaction fees are estimated to be 1.5% (one-and-a-half percent) of the transaction value.

11. What are the Privacy and Secrecy laws for the TPX exchange?

All personal STO Token information concerning ownership or usage is strictly confidential and protected under English privacy laws.
